Development of AI-Integrated Management Systems
Megajuta has commenced the development of its own AI-integrated property development management, project management and costing systems. This long-term digital transformation initiative is expected to be completed within approximately 12 months, with the aim of improving operational efficiency, cost control and data-driven decision-making.
Megajuta has entered into a strategic collaboration with Kejuruteraan Alpfa, combining the strengths of both companies to deliver more comprehensive construction solutions. Under this collaboration, Megajuta will lead the construction works, while Kejuruteraan Alpfa will serve as Megajuta’s mechanical and electrical engineering arm.
Megajuta has developed its own farm management system, integrating artificial intelligence and IoT sensors to support real-time monitoring, data-driven decision-making and more efficient farm operations.
Megajuta has diversified into the agriculture sector, expanding its business activities into modern farming and sustainable food production. This strategic move reflects the Group’s commitment to long-term growth, innovation and the development of new business opportunities.
Megajuta Construction Sdn Bhd has successfully maintained its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, covering the provision of construction for building, infrastructure and civil engineering works.
