From subcontractor
to main contractor.

Since our establishment in 2007, Megajuta Construction Sdn. Bhd. has grown from a subcontractor into an experienced main contractor with a diverse portfolio across the public and private sectors.

Our journey began with subcontract works for major developments in Sunway City, Sunsuria Shah Alam, Nilai and other established locations. These early projects built the foundation of our construction experience and strengthened our ability to deliver works within large and demanding developments.

We subsequently expanded into the construction of customised bungalows and private residences in areas including Glenmarie, Damansara and other prominent residential locations. As our capabilities developed, we also ventured into refurbishment and upgrading works, particularly for shopping malls and commercial properties in active town centres.

Megajuta later progressed into the role of main contractor, successfully completing more than 1,000 units of precast residential housing and several high-rise buildings. Our tallest completed high-rise development reaches 40 storeys.

Today, our experience spans commercial, industrial, infrastructure, residential housing, refurbishment, precast construction and high-rise developments. We undertake projects with a practical approach to planning, quality, coordination and project delivery.

Building on our construction experience, we are currently partnering with an associate company to focus on residential property development. Through this collaboration, we aim to deliver well-planned, functional and quality homes that create lasting value.
